This is a 2 Rail US Hobbies O Scale Brass Seaboard 3 Bay Hopper Car.  It is painted and in very good condition. The car is painted Tuscan with "Sea Board Railroad - Through the Heart of the South" and has a few scratches in the paint as shown in the photos. Please review the photos.
