    Vintage PREMIER EXHIBITOR Award for AYRSHIRE Dairy CATTLE from the 1961 National DAIRY CATTLE CONGRESS National AYRSHIRE SHOW held in WATERLOO IOWA USA.
    Royal PURPLE Satin with GOLD trim and lettering and GOLD FRINGE and tassels, with Wooden Display Rod with Gold Knobs.
    Heavy and substantial with 2 layers of satin, completely surrounded with gold trim, with gold fringe and tassels on the bottom.
    ALL HANDMADE! Likely made by Judge Regalia of Rock Island Illinois IL, but label has been partially removed.
