Small tag on one box flap end is inventory control number used by owner. Caboose is dusty so was either out of box on on shelf in display of model trains by original owner/collector or the box and plastic bag are not dust proof. Item has been in storage. No way to test if light inside or smoker are operational. Sold as is, no returns.
