You are bidding on a postwar Lionel #3620 Rotating Searchlight Car that was cataloged from 1954 to 1956. This one dates from 1956 with bold frame lettering and a late classic-type box. This car is in excellent condition and has no problems or damage. The die-cast frame is flawless. There are no broken steps. The paint still has a very nice appearance with only just a few minute contact marks evident. The lettering is clear and bold. The metal parts are rust and corrosion-free. Has bar-end trucks with operating couplers. Working condition. Nothing is broken or missing and there are no reproduction parts. Includes a nice original box that has one partial coupler flap.
