Brand new with tags, Tuxedo Blazer, Navy with satin black lapel.
Unknow fabric mix appears to be velour/velvet type, brushed, fully
lined, SLIM fit. Approximate measurements taken by myself are : chest 41",
length of jacket from mid shoulder to hem 30", sleeve length from
shoulder to cuff 25".  Not sure of the size chart measurements.
