Being that many garments made by top designers fit differently, you may need to adjust the size you buy.  If you are a hard to fit person, the best thing is to go to your local stores and try on items from that designer. Things to watch are the cuts (IE: classic fit, relaxed fit, slim fit, BIG & Tall and so on.
